Another “sure what the hell” kinda movie but Ayo Edibiri’s delivery and incredible hair and face card carried the movie entirely. I also really loved the intro to the movie. I wish it could’ve kept that same energy with music being used as a form of spiritual manipulation tho

When this movie was good, it was GOOD. Loved the romance, loved the political conversation on immigration and the dehumanization of natives from the colonists. It lost some of its sauce after the failed threesome which means the threesome route really could’ve elevated the movie lmao. I had a great time though, super funny and sweet!

Didnt really establish main couple as having much chemistry. Honestly gay bestie and main character have more chemistry but I enjoyed myself. Simone Ashley I would stab so many people for your facial structure and happy to see her as a protagonist cause she had so much heart. I also really loved seeing Mom’s romance.
