Oh my actual f*ck this movie should’ve won all the awards and more. Absolutely soul crushing and healing all at once. To trust the process even when you’re in a system so flawed and unjust but to still do right by yourself. Coleman Domingo is more than outstanding and should’ve won Best Actor categories entirely. His emotions with his eyes broke me down. Nothing was more soothing than to see him bounce back even when emotions get too heavy for the heart.
