Bram Stoker's Dracula 1992
Such a horny picture woweeee!! Keanu was horrible but i feel like it actually worked in the films favour. There was one line he said where he delivered it exactly like Ted Logan. The sets were awesome. Going from the Godfather part II to this in the same week was jarring in a fun way. Copolla's a genius.
I mostly just watched this to see Tom Waits in a movie and BOY did he deliver. He was made for this role. I want to believe Coppola heard Cemetary Polka and cast him soley off of that creepy little number. So glad I watched this.Translated from by

It's hard to talk about this film without mentioning the obvious. It is of course increasingly more relevant in the TikToker/YouTuber era. Lumet's films always feel like getting to know somebody. At first you don't think they'll impact your life, then you start to warm up to them, you begin to understand them. You find yourself more and more infatuated with them every minute. Then bam it's over and your sad but so glad it happened.

Movie was super boring, did not do anything with its stupidly long run time. It was also very up its own ass, and tbh the set pieces did not move me at all. This had nothing interesting to say about Napoleon or his love life (which was super strange to focus on). The real star of the show was the time stamp captions that filled you in on where he was every 10 minutes as we loosely floated through history watching vague re-enactments of events that happened to Napoleon with no great insight into his psyche. F*ck everyone involved in this stupid pretentious mess
