“I love him… and I hate him and I want to kill him. And I want to be him, you know?”

Super compelling storytelling done in such a simple way. My thoughts were all over this place during this film. Who do I dislike more? Who do I relate to more?

I deeply enjoyed the way it portrayed the intimacy of traveling with someone, especially someone very different from you. You’re exhausted, out of your comfort zone, and so many…

Really well done overall. As someone who enjoys biopics but didn’t know much about Bob Dylan, this movie has me throwing his music on a lot. Maybe even asking for him on vinyl for my bday. My favorite movie on this planet. I’ve seen it 13 + times and cry every. single. time. The soundtrack, cinematography, and development of Mia and Seb’s relationship all hit home for me. So incredibly well done. It’s not the ending you expect or hope for, but that makes it all the better. It’s a story of two people helping each other find their way, not necessarily a love story. Can’t recommended enough.

As someone who has never seen wicked but knows how beloved it is, I fear it has lived up to all the hype. Makes me want to learn all the lore. Ariana had great comedic timing and had me giggling through the whole film. The emotion and power Cynthia held was stunning. Their voice pairing was so balanced, truly such good casting. This is going to be a very loved film for a very long time.

I understand all the crying on the press tour now. Well done!
