Abel Ferrara’s brutal horror was dubbed one of Britain’s video nasties in the early days of video rental shops and was banned for many years.
To be honest I didn’t enjoy it, I found the story painfully dull and the acting amateurish. There was just nothing for me to latch onto and enjoy.
