    An incredible depiction of the allusion of control and perfection that seems possible to some young people. At a time when not being ridiculed or hiding your flaws seems of the upmost importance.

    To dine on this quiet, beautiful movie is  to experience a cinematic multi-course feast unparalleled. 
    Stanley Tucci and Tony Shaloub are two Italian brothers trying make a go of it with their little restaurant sitting in the glow of a flashy, coarse popular restaurant. 
    This film subtly brings forth the dilemma of waiting for the break, authenticity vs caving to the masses, the knitting forces of good, nay, stupendous food and the people about you. It’s about caring for others without a balance being weighed. Well, sometimes it needs weighing, sometimes not.

    I simply don’t know what to say. Beleaguered, downtrodden, no hope. Odd scenes of hunting over- and under- zealously, a low budget that has glycerin put to use and the rate scene that seems likely it might lead somewhere. But in all of that I’m left wondering if it was me that lacked insight to see what prize it held, or if I had it bang on....
