  Well I guess it’s true what they say, you can’t teach an old Trog new tricks. 

  Honestly the most shocking part of this film is not the troglodyte itself, but seeing Joan Crawford in a pair of comfy pants and a backpack.

  Still one of my favourite performances by an actor ever.

  Jeremy Irons is truly masterful in this. 

  The world would be so boring without David Cronenberg. He’s always dared to push the boundaries, giving us characters willing to converge at the edge of society. 

  He’s a true iconoclast. 

  Dead Ringers is a beautiful tragedy, heavily themed with dependency, obsession and control. An imperfect, humanistic canvas, splashed with eye popping red colour and devastation. 

  Long live the king!

  Ummm wow this was Terrible with a capital T. 

  I thought I would watch some vintage Demi before her big Oscar night. I should have rewatched Ghost. 

  This is an absolute clusterfuck. The script is convoluted and asinine. The tone is all over the map.  

  Burt Reynolds turns in such an embarrassingly bad, ham fisted performance that you would think he had never acted a day in his life. Thank god he redeemed himself with Boogie Nights.
