  This movie is extremely horny, but not in any of the fun ways. It’s The 40-Year-Old Virgin meets Mother!, in that a forty-year-old virgin spends three hours terrified about meeting his mother. 

  I loved so many components of this movie: the supporting cast, the tone of all-saturating anxiety, the comedy beats (specifically in the first and second acts), but the film fails to bring its constituent parts together into something cohesive enough to justify its flabby runtime*.
