I’m a fan of Mike Flanagan. I really feel like he balances the drama and the horror in his work very well. He gives his characters/actors the space to have arcs and to believably change. He also can really scare the crap outta me too. Which is very important in a horror film. I also appreciate his sense of tragedy that he puts in his films. His characters lose things. They suffer. Hereditary 2018
My favorite film fo 2018. Almost perfect in my opinion. Gets better and deeper every time I watch it. So many pieces connect all throughout the film. Toni Collette Knocks it out of the park. I really was astonished she wasn’t nominated for a Oscar.
I gasped at so many parts in this film. And it really did freak me out and scare the shit outta me many times in the theater. Must watch. If your a horror fan I’m sure you’ve already watched this.Translated from by
