This movie was visually beautiful and incredibly funny. It tells a love story that happens to you and me, but we never thought someone would make a movie about it. It’s filled with love, it’s relatable, and most of all it’s so human.
The script was phenomenal, the acting was effortlessly artistic, and the cinematography was stunning and esthetic. Loved every shot and second of the movie. Can’t wait to watch it again.Translated from by -

My favorite of Farhadi’s. The plot was a lot more colorful than his Salesman and Separation. His social critiques were less subtle and more directly pointed toward the regime, especially by bringing up issues like conditions in the Iranian prisons and death penalty. His most powerful critique was the portray of the regime as a cynical and corrupt yet “god loving” righteous bureaucracy.
