Easily my new favorite special of Bill Burr's.
Side note: ever since I learned last year that Bill Burr and Billy Corgan were half-brothers of the same cheating father, I can't unsee it. Not only the matching smoothness of their scalps, but the shapes of their heads and the spaces between their eyes and the shapes of their eyes and the higher-pitched nasal quality of their voices--they're practically twins! 😵💫
I saw this for the first time in theaters with some friends who included a couple of ex-Mormons, and when the movie was over, I ended up being the one who enjoyed it the least--though I was more interested in hearing how the ex-Mormon's responded to the movie than I was in expressing my own issues with the film.
