Napoleon giving his best heartfelt 20 pumps in 4 seconds must be some kind of world record. If that doesn’t get you pregnant I don’t know what will.
I should probably rate this a 3, but damn do I have a weakness for Joaquin Phoenix and Vanessa Kirby. Like a lot of people said, it’s beautifully made and generally acted really well. You do feel the heavy cutting in the movie though so I’m looking forward to seeing an extended cut.
Also, can we get rid of the white screen flash transitions please?

A Quiet Place: Day One 2024
Somebody take this cat to the vet please. I can't seem to keep a plant alive for more than a minute yet this cat is roaming around uncontrolled through an apocalypse and is just chilling unscathed.
This was a great watch, just a few too many "just nearly escaped this tense situation" scenes. Swap a few of those out for more connection building between the two main characters and the ending would've hit even harder.
