This is a movie that has a simple scenario but manages to keep you seated and watching right until that last scene. Great lineup and some good performances.

4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days 2007
If you are in the mood for something more indie then this is a good choice , you got an interesting plot, an excellent performance from Anamaria Marinca in the leading role of the friend that helps her roommate to have a black market abortion joined by a great depiction of a bleak and disfunctioning society. Also I want to mention that the movie never looks at the morals of having an abortion so if you are looking for that kind of movie then choose something else.

House of Hummingbird 2018
This one is a weird one, while on surface level it seemed like a mundane film the true power of it is that you find yourself more often than not remembering sometime in your life where you can identify with what the protagonist goes through and that is no small feat.
Park Ji-hu was brilliant in the main role, the depiction of broken family and broken people in this movie was so realistic that I can't help but praise it.
