Die Hard 1988
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Probably a Christmas movie, definitely a good movie. Lots to like here, but I especially appreciated that the protagonist actually got hurt after doing things that would get people hurt in real life. I don’t know, too often in action movies the hero will get shot, fall off a building, crack his skull, and get right back up swinging without a headache. It’s nice to see a hero have to pick broken glass out of his feet after running through broken glass, just like the rest of us.
