Here I was going along thinking I wanted more of an emotional connection somewhere, still not understanding the appeal of Mescal. And then the back end just tore me apart.
What a ride.
I saw this in 4DX and had my senses blown away in the second half.
I would go and see it again to experience the joy of the Poop God with all the wind, movement, water and smells.
I only realised the chair had a seat belt once the lights came on at the end. I really could have used that throughout.
I love how they used Dan Andrews as inspiration for the villain Luca.
I have no idea how this got a PG rating in Australia. This is a hard M.
The CGI really doesn’t hold up. It’s no wonder this was the Cruise jumping on the couch stage. I would have done that too having to listen to the constant screeching and screaming of Fanning’s character.
Worth it just to see the making of the shot inside the apartment while Jesse is looking for the cash.
