  Love the mixed media. Helped keep the focus on the characters going through it all, imo. War and national calamity can become background noise if you're just trying to live.   Walked so other stuff I like could run. I love all the quirky elements of this movie between the different characters and the magical realism, but what it did well I've seen elsewhere in a way that resonates more with me.
