I enjoyed this a lot. It's no masterpiece but it's a brilliant example of a super tight and efficient western that hits all the right tropes and subverts a few others. If you can think of a more exciting western under 80 minutes I'm all ears

Oasis: Knebworth 1996 2021
I hate that music gig films are so highly rated on a film site like Letterboxd. Then I watch Oasis Knebworth 1996. I was there on the Saturday. 15 years old. Changed my life. How can you not give 5* to a documentary film that captures one of your lifetime greatest memories?!

I have never found cinematic adaptations of Frankenstein particularly engaging or inspiring. A classic ‘monster movie’? Absolutely. A profound and richly complex exploration of humanity and the human condition? Not so much.
