    If this was a Disney movie or something I'd love it, but next to some of the absolute masterpieces of storytelling Ghibli is put out I can't help but feel it's rather slight in comparison. Still, a really fun and imaginative film.

    I'm not really sure that this is the powerful, timely documentary piece it wanted to be, simply because of how unfortunately close it sticks to typical standards of the format. It doesn't feel nearly as revelatory and important as something like 13th that deals with the same issues, but I can't deny that there are some powerful moments and themes in this work, and it taught me some things about Ferguson that I didn't actually know despite following it at the time. Definitely worth a watch.
