Seeing the trailers, I expected most of the movie to be body-double shenanigans. That would have been delightful I'm sure, but Bong Joon-ho demonstrates again his talent for keeping things unpredictable.
I was a little confused by our antagonist forces. They simoultaneosly represent a capitalist, Christian fundamentalist, and political cabal. Clearly it points towards American Conservatism (honestly, American Nazism), but there are some odd little mysteries that puzzle me.
