I unfortunately didn’t find it terribly FUNNY but I did find it incredibly interesting to watch as an IFS therapist who does parts work with people.
Because there was ALOT going on there.
It almost gave off “wasn’t trying to actually be tjay funny on purpose to challenge parts of self that need praise and positive attention”.
