    I thoroughly enjoyed this take on nosferatu. Robert Eggers paid homage to the 1922 in a way that built upon Murnau while genuinely making a modern audience feel the fright this unfortunate folklore desires to inflict.
    I was reminded of the Lighthouse for Eggers fantastic eye for lighting and Hitchcockian cinematography and the awkward voyeuristic sexuality.
