  So much to unpack here. Post scarcity socialist utopia looks like public transportation that's actually a rube goldberg machine that takes up half the city. So many insane plot choices but I genuinely laughed at some of the gags and dumb slapstick moments.

  Visually stunning, but too much casual mysoginy. The setting was kinda interesting but the movie wasn't explicitly antifascist enough for me. Nobody really learns a lesson or anything at the end. The pirate captain was the least problematic character.

  I liked it! Didn't blow my mind or anything but it was a very charming and smart mystery. The character moments are the highlight in my opinion, lots of good interactions and glimpses into the suspect's minds. The twist was just okay but the ending still sticks the landing.
