A monument to miscasting. Emilio Estevez and Denis Leary both fail utterly and completely at playing nemeses. Outside of that, it's a fun peek into the mind of a 90s suburban reactionary, with music that pinballs between a wild rap-rock soundtrack and the literal Predator score, and workmanlike action/thriller direction by the just-ever-so-slightly underrated Stephen Hopkins.
