  Probably has too much going on, but definitely my favorite of Bong Joon Ho’s films in English.

  Captain America is a top 5 character in American fiction, and this is actually a pretty okay treatment of him for the most part, even if it’s in a kinda garbage film.

  The biggest problems with this are that it cribs so much from Winter Soldier that it doesn’t really get its own identity, and the nonsense way it positions Cap with the US military. The former is hard to avoid given the success, but the latter is especially frustrating…
