Ever since Cannes, the gang of TikTokers, U-Tubers, Tweeters and unaligned Filmbros in their well-meaning efforts to sell this film to the mass audience, have inadvertently bit-by-bit over the past 8 months cumulatively revealed every single plot beat and emotional epiphany of Anora, spanning all the way from the VIP stalls at HQ to Grandma's station wagon. Even the deft character touch of Ani/Anora wasn't spared from out-of-context premature exposure. I would have had a much better experience if I wasn't rewatching something I had never seen before.

La Chimera 2023
It's the type of movie where the (living) love interest is named Italy & I'm ok with that. Heart meet sleeve.

Ford v Ferrari 2019
Such a delightfully old fashioned movie, with the best special effects - both practical and digital - I have ever seen.
