  Another case where the marketing doesn't adequately explain what the movie actually does.

  I enjoyed this one. It's doing interesting stuff with its premise, and it makes good use of Jack Quaid's likeability. Sophie Thatcher's performance is quite good. Also it had interesting (if a bit on the nose) soundtrack choices.

  An absolutely lovely documentary. If you watch, please be prepared to feel a lot of feelings - especially if you are someone who is an adult now but who connected with Blume's books as a child.

  Judy Blume is wonderful, and I love her. I knew this before the film, but it's so touching and genuine, and listening to other readers talk about their experiences, so similar to mine, was a little bit stunning.
