    Nosferatu

    ★★★½

Overall, the movie is good and enjoyable. The story is solid—well, it’s a remake, after all. However, it feels a bit dragged out and takes too long. As for Nosferatu's design, well… it doesn’t really work for me.

I really like the dialogue between the woman and Nosferatu; it’s creepy, yet if you look at it from Nosferatu’s perspective, it has a twisted sense of romance. The shots are gorgeous, especially the lighting, the shadows, the visual effects, it truly enhances the mystical, dreamy, yet creepy and dangerous atmosphere. Beautiful.

I would recommend it to my friends, and I wouldn’t mind watching it again.

My personal take on puss in boots the last wish: amazing visual!!! But the heart of the movie lies in its captivating story. A classic indeed, withstand the test of time, a go-to movie for learning about the craft. The entire movie takes place in a single room and one time in a restroom. The movie is about 12 men who must decide the fate of a defendant charged with murder. You can see every single argument is reasonable, and I assure you that you will jump from one side to the others. At the heart of it, the movie is about facts…

    The King

    ★★★★

The king is a slow-paced movie, heavy with dialogues. Don't get me wrong, the dialogues are beautiful and engaging most of the time. How revenge, anger, and duty can change a person's point of view and action. Those "simple" things are carried out way more deeper in this movie. The transformation of a careless young prince into one of the greatest kings of England. You could feel the 'classic' vibe sprinkled all over the movie. Great performances from the actors…
