The acting is phenomenal. People should go into this expecting less of a crime-thriller whodunnit sort of vibe and more of a gritty, realistic portrayal of adolescence, parenthood and the evils of social media.

Dunkirk 2017
Dunkirk was like The Revenant in a sense. It lacks a proper narrative but the story is told through aesthetics and minimal dialogue. The vivid realism compels you to feel & not just passively observe. A little slow moving and somewhat repetitive for me, but I can see why critics hold it in such high regard.

In which other movie does a woman get to ask the men to stay back, she'll take care of this? Wonder Woman was a great action movie, satisfying my inner hopeless romantic and driving home the point of love conquers all. I also appreciate how they attempted to make the cast diverse and subtly hints at discrimination, making it more realistic. Overall, the badassery is real in this one. 👌👌
