There are large chunks in the film which are just drab and boring, owing mainly to the lack of depth in both the lead actors' performances. But otherwise I felt it was a largely engaging film with a terrific opening scene, some biting dark humour, relevant social commentary and very skillful cinematography and sound design. I would be lying if I said I wasn't left teary eyed when the protagonist calls up his family to break the news of his success. It is no doubt a bit cliched and simplistic, but it undeniably has a heart. Hope Vikrant Massey gets more such roles building on all the praise he has deservedly earned.
