how the camera is able to be so active yet unintrusive is one of the most fascinating things about Wiseman's films. Each one seems to be the exploration of this central contradicting of non fiction film. He doesn't have to force anything but is endlessly curious and determined. with this one, the camera seems to know that cops/bootlickers are always the best indictment of themselves
