Mutant Action 1993
Against the grain. Bad Religion is a pretty cool band, they have some classics under their belt. But this movie is alright. It’s very post-modern. On a technical level it’s very well done, lots of fun Dutch angles and goopy bloody effects. The story is something totally different. It’s a satire of… society? Probably, but nothing has a point. It’s cynical and nihilistic, no one learns a lesson, no one wins nor loses exactly, things just happen and then it’s over.
I can’t help but like weird movies.
