Twisters 2024
The soundtrack told me this was not for me. The actors are charming but there’s no depth to the characters or story. I feel like I cared much more about the characters in Twister. I can understand why some people would find this entertaining, and I did to an extent but it didn’t hold my interest.

If this was 90 minutes of Tom Hanks messing around with the dog it would get 10 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately there’s a horribly paced murder mystery and love story that takes away from what should be the sole focus: a good boy playing with a great man.

This is so much better than 2 and 3, and it might be a better movie overall than the original (the original gets the edge because it’s the original, there’s a higher nostalgia factor, and although it’s not a good movie, it’s very enjoyable and lays the groundwork for this).
