The drunk Russian guy reminds me of my uncle at Christmas but replace communism with the SNP.
Fine first act and amazing second act but the movie suffered by the ‘Dune effect’ whereby all the action and exciting stuff happens in the middle of the movie which then leaves the last act feeling boring which probably could have been avoided by keeping better or more exciting characters around for the island act rather than the ones we got.

After not watching in 7 years, this episode reminded me why I stopped watching.
Packed so much in and set up so much, albeit it messy and confusing, all for it all to be rushed at the end and feel very anticlimactic. The cameos were fun but only Chibnall could somehow mess up an episode that had the Daleks, Cybermen AND the Master in it.
And why did Jodie’s doctor seem so incompetent this episode. Running towards Cybermen and then…
