I am reviewing this while i am rewatching the first gladiator more. First of all, this movie was incredible and a really fun watch. Emotional and shit and made me want to actually finish reading SPQR. However the plot is quite literally the same as the first gladiator movie. Man gets captured but is a war hero, meets an ex gladiator who will help him get his freedom, he fights in the colloseum and so on. Not that this is a bad thing, but just something i released.
