idc what anybody says, it was hot and I liked it
On a more serious note: the soundtrack was amazing, loved some of the shots, the rhythm in the movie was great, the humor even better and the tension build up just sublime. I didn’t expect much from this film - thought it would just be a nice break to watch a new kind of mainstream zendaya movie - but was so pleasantly surprised.
A political discussion done entirely through quotes in a room covered in puke is definitely an interesting mise-en-scene, a highlight for me !
parts of the movie were deliciously absurdist, but sadly eventually slipped into the category of 'too much' or 'too easy' more often than not
