Some of the dialogue was a little heavy handed and forced but I really enjoyed the film and felt it had an under lying message about mental health and familial relationships impacting our life. Also I don’t see an issue with the make up work and the look of the Wolf Man. It’s grounded in realism and added a little more to the film. Nothing ground breaking but I would watch it again.

Halloween H20: 20 Years Later 1998
Jamie Lee Curtis carries what is otherwise an average cast of late 90's adult for teens stars. Ignoring the events of Halloween 3 through 6, the film picks up 20 years later with a PTSD ridden Laurie Strode living and teaching in California. Dr Loomis is dead and Michael is back for revenge. A quality slice of the Halloween franchise, but nothing has yet to reach the pinnacle of the original.

In a Violent Nature 2024
Terrance Malik made a subpar Friday the 13th film but hey, the kills were cool.
