Inferno 1980
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
As a sequel to Suspiria (1977) Inferno had a lot to live up to, but it turned out to be a boring and frustrating experience. The pacing is painfully slow, with long stretches where nothing really happens. There’s no real tension or excitement, just a series of disconnected scenes that never come together in a satisfying way. Characters come and go without any real purpose, and there’s no proper buildup to anything meaningful.
Visually, the film has its moments, but…
