For a movie that got negative test screenings and some important reshoots the final product was somewhat good!

Story telling is very bad and the want to build the suspense but failed... And the VFX is not top notch... Never match other captain America movies... The writing is very poor they have stories but they can't put them in a right way..

It had flaws, but overall I enjoyed Mickey 17 quite a lot. Robert Pattinson was an excellent lead, I laughed in a fair few places, and I liked the twist on the good old spaceship-in-a-hostile-environment setup. However, I feel that

    A) a few minutes could have been cut from the second half
    B) the villain was a little too on the nose.

Gonna give it 4 for the theatrical experience. Way better than expected. Like Prey in the Predator franchise, this one also nailed a badass female lead. I kinda wish the characters were a bit more mature in age; it feels dumb how a crew like this could survive for so long compared to the highly trained soldiers in the last movies. It was full of nostalgia but added nothing to the lore in a convincing way. Commendable effort for an $80 million budget movie. The music, cinematography, choreography, and special effects were spot on, not to mention the sound effects.
