  It starts slow, makes some bizarre choices, and ends about six times, but Spirited is so sincere that it’s hard not to appreciate the effort. It could have been the next Greatest Showman had it been given a big theatrical release at Christmas. 

  Also, props to Will Ferrell. It’s hard to be in one good Christmas movie, let alone three (Elf, Daddy’s Home 2, and now Spirited).
