Transistor Love Story 2001
"ถ้าดีได้ จะได้ดี"
It's funny how Bangkok from 2001 is nothing distinct from the present day. Bangkok and the countryside in this film might seem cliche from what Thai country music or privileged Bangkokians look at, but for me, It is as similar as real-life situation we encounter nowadays; unequal society, a huge gap between upper-class and lower-class, crimes and violence in the city, inequal social structures. It is disappointing to me that after 20 years, our society negatively remains the same.
"If you do good, you will be good." It doesn't work in this society.
