The Brutalist 2024
I liked the cultural context inserts that didn't get in the way of the story or affect the story in some obvious way. i thought it was nicely subversive but I may also be saying that because based on the poster and title I thought it was a gangster flick😭 my brain somehow rejected the idea that the brutalist could be a title about brutalism??? pasindu kept talking abt architecture before we watched it also but I thought he was tryna be funny 😭😭
