As bad as you'd probably expect. My only excuse for watching this is I was hungover and feeling Christmassy.
I liked this. Kenneth Brannagh's accent is pretty good, there were some gorgeous landscape shots, and it is surprisingly funny in places.
Having said that, actual Kenneth Brannagh as Poirot just didn't work for me, and I found the moralising ending a bit difficult to swallow. Maybe it would be better watched on the telly with a roast dinner on your lap aaand lower expectations - but enjoyable nonetheless.
Seen this film probably more than ten times and each time I watch it I find something new or funny that I've missed on previous watches. I looooove it, the ultimate comfort movie.
Really enjoyed this film. Besson creates a rich and vivid universe and although I'm not the world's biggest 3D fan I'd say it's worth watching in 3D to make the most of the visuals. The sequences where you fly through the City made me feel like I was on one of those VR roller coaster rides in a way that I haven't really experienced with another 3D feature.
