  I spent the first half of the movie suspicious about the reviews I had heard, thinking: I’m not emotionally invested in these characters at all! I spent the second half of the movie sobbing uncontrollably. We are all heartbreakingly alone in this world. And empathy, forgiveness, love are all just acts of imagination. 

  I left feeling forever injured and forever healed.
