I thought id be fed up of these possession/haunting movies by now and in large i am. But The Conjuring actually delivered pretty well. There is nothing especially original about the story line but the scare scenes were pretty darn good and the acting a shot above other films of this ilk. Its probably time for people to stop making these kind of possession movies and The Conjuring would actually be a great way to end the fad.

Aaaaaaah, that was good fun. Everything seems so much more dramatic when it's screamed in Spanish. Very well produced and keeps your focus the whole way through, which considering it all happens in one building, is pretty good. As shaky handheld horror films go, this is right up there :)
