Blackhat feels like a terrible rough draft of a Tom Clancy novel or an episode of 24 where absolutely nothing happens. I can't recall the last time I've been so bored watching a movie how on earth is Michael Mann responsible for this?
Casting jacked, well groomed, Chris Hemsworth as an elite computer hacker is hilarious. Never once did he stroke his neckbeard or complain about women in video games, immersion ruined.

No seriously, these "girls night out, fuck men" movies can actually be a fun time" (Miss Congeniality for example) but this film is completely mixed on its messages.
