I could maybe hate watch this movie a few more times. It was so bad that I couldn’t look away. So it definitely held my attention which is the one positive thing I can say about this film
It was like watching a giant mess that was wrapped up in shiny wrapping paper and tried to be given so much meaning when really it was a heartless, soulless cluster of parts that just did not work.
If a movie is able to affect me that much…automatically 5 stars.
Not that it didn’t deserve those on its own but the way I felt during that movie is hard to put into words.
I still don’t think I have the words but I sobbed for about an hour after this movie, with the covers over my head, switching between discussions about the heartbreaking scenes and my own insecurities as a mom.
