  Some very cool concepts, but unfortunately a bit too silly and sloppy (idk at times felt like a Guardians of the Galaxy movie) for me to be all the way in. 3.5/5.

  My experience of watching Dune 2 at Jordan’s Furniture Store in Reading, MA epitomized the two fundamental reasons I love movies - total immersion which frees the viewer of everything but what’s happening on screen and the beautiful way that a really good movie can bring people closer together.

  Stunningly beautiful, lots of fun and whimsy, creative and interesting characters and enough of a plot. Not my favorite Miyazaki, but tremendously beautiful and still capturing that signature Ghibli joie de vivre. 4/5.
