  When I first saw this film I was a little confused by it and didn’t like it that much, especially some really key scenes that were unnecessarily lit really dark and you couldn’t actually see what was going on. Even though I was annoyed by the first viewing I decided I needed to give it another look but this time on a bigger higher quality screen.   One of the most original sci-fi films of the past couple of decades especially with the unusual setting in the UK and British culture. Giving us an incredibly realistic gritty taster of what a big brother fascist state could actually be like in the near future. I find so many of the characters very believable, a kind of very subtle documentary feel to it
