  Kiarostami films always remind me of the poetry of everyday life. His long lingering shoot, his character conversation in the car, the story of humane ordinary, and mundane repeated things that we do, seems tedious at first, but stay with you after the movie is over. In so far away, and seems the isolated world of Iran, they after all so uncannily similar to us.

  Akhirnya nonton filmnya juga setelah sebelumnya ketar-ketir takut nggak tersedia di daerah saya yang hanya punya satu XXI. Dan semua yang dibayangkan. Semua ekpektasi yang muncul, paska baca novelnya, tersaji dengan baik dalam film Seperti Dendam.

  Adegan seksuil yang meresahkan (dan makin tambah resah karena nonton bareng ortu :|), disajikan secara telanjang, dan sebrutal mungkin untuk menggambarkan pengalaman penyintas kekerasan seksual, yang menghadapi kompleksitas, dan perasaan patah hati yang sangat dari perilaku biadab ini.
