having (correctly) outlined the entire movie plot within the first ten minutes i had VERY low expectations. this kept digging beyond the alive-notalive mummy realm and went straight into hell. its somehow earnestly a microaggression upon microaggression. its british on british on egyptian crime. why are the main characters mummies with all british accents? what is going on with the soundtrack? at least i felt passionate hatred for the emoji movie?? i felt a lukewarm unease akin to realizing the butter you ate last morning actually expired 3 months ago
